Our Minds Are Not Just Our Private Property

Listening to you read the Steps to us tonight brought back the feeling I had being there and one thing I’d like you all to know is I was extremely concerned that I would botch it, that I would make a mistake, because it was only going to come through once.
So at my end of it, whatever my part would be, I felt I had to be in the correct state. And during these long periods of receiving at times I’d feel I was hitting my limit and wanted it to stop but it wouldn’t stop—until it was ready to stop—and I just had to reset myself and hang in there and let this all happen. I think receiving Revelation such as this is a demonstration that our minds are not just our private property, but can be brought into a Greater Assembly, a Greater Association and gain tremendously in power and scope and ability. So—beyond that, I think words begin to lose efficacy. The Revelation is greater than we understand. I think Steps to Knowledge in its simple language demonstrates that depth and simplicity go together and I don’t think we can exhaust it.
