• Content posted or linked on this site should be directly related to the New Message, the Allies of Humanity, or the Way of Knowledge.
• Do not post material or use language that is harmful to others. Action will be taken to remove any user-generated content that is bullying, hectoring, insulting, hateful, racist, sexist, religiously bigoted, or harmful in any way. Hate speech is not tolerated.
• Do not use the chat, private messaging, or the activity feed of the site to send unwelcome messages to others. Solicitation and harassment are not tolerated.
• Do not impersonate others or falsely represent your identity while using this site.
• Do not post advertisements or solicitations for personal projects, companies, causes, individuals, or organizations on our sites without prior written permission. Fundraising for oneself, other personal interests, or causes is not allowed. Advertisements are not allowed.
• Duplicate posts are not allowed.
• Do not republish Revelations, videos, or reword or rephrase text posted on the Community Site by the organization of the New Message on any other media without written permission from The Society.
• Do not download, re-host, or embed video content displayed or contained on the Community Site to an external source without permission.
• Links, quotes, or uploads from outside the New Message must include an explanation of how it relates to the New Message.
• We are not responsible for material posted on the site by visitors. However, we will try to moderate any prohibited content in a timely manner.
• Any copyrighted text, audio, or video media from any Society-owned website, must be maintained verbatim with visible attribution to newmessage.org unless you have received prior written permission from The Society. 
• We encourage the sharing of the New Message, and invite you to contact us at contact@newmessage.org should you have questions, or new ideas to promote or republish this material beyond our websites.
• The Society holds all copyrights and ownership rights to the New Message materials contained on this site. All rights are reserved.
• We use cookies and web analytics to better understand how users engage with our site. It is never sold or shared outside The Society.
• We offer the information on the site as-is without any warranties, and we do not take any responsibility for actions that people may take as a result of the information presented. The Society is not liable for any actions taken by users on this site including, but not limited to, medical decisions, career decisions, end-of-life decisions, relationship decisions, or any activities that may be considered harmful or negligent.

Immediate freezing of one’s account will take place for these violations:

• Private messaging users to engage off-platform, to use other sites, and to support causes not affiliated with or promoted by the Society for the New Message.
• Sending out bulk or copied messages to existing students to engage off-platform on other sites or for other causes not affiliated with or promoted by the Society for the New Message.
• Recruiting students off-platform, to other sites and/or causes not affiliated with or promoted by the Society for the New Message.

Violation of these terms and conditions may result in the editing of posts, removal of posts, or suspension and/or deletion of your account and content.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website to any person, software client, or group.

We do not claim that the content and functions of the website will be error-free and available continuously. We will not be held liable for any malfunctions on the site that may result in lost content.

While we will make our best efforts to ensure the site is safe and virus-free, we are not liable for any viruses or harmful/malicious software that may be acquired while visiting our site.

When you sign up for one of our mailing lists, write to us through a form on this website, email us, or create an account on one of our websites, here is what we do with your information:

• We keep your personal information confidential.
• We do not share your information without your permission.
• We do not sell your information to a third party or use it for solicitation.
• We may send you periodic newsletters regarding the topic that you have signed up for, for example, The Free School and the New Message to share news, updates, and notifications regarding events, etc.
• We will do our best to personally respond to the questions you send through email and through forms on our websites.

This website is accessible to the public and although we endeavor to keep your information as secure as possible, others can sign in to this website and see the profile information you have made publicly viewable. The Society and others will not see your private communications or browsing behavior on the site. That information can only be accessed by our highest level site administrators, who are entrusted to uphold an ethic to not access this information, or share it with The Society or others unless a technical, legal, or security emergency warrants this access. While we cannot ensure perfect security of digital information, we will do our best to protect your privacy.
