For Zoom Events Only: You do not need to install the Zoom App on your computer to attend, as  if you do not have the Zoom App installed on your computer,  when you click on the link, the Event will open in your browser. Although please note that the meeting experience from the browser would be somewhat limited, so we do recommend that if possible, you download the Zoom App and install it on your computer before the Event.

• Real-time interactive video and audio of  Broadcasts;
• Live engagement with The Society and your fellow students;
• Easy access to the various Broadcast materials.

My microphone/camera is not working.

A: Watch this video for help on setting up your audio and video. 

My Zoom application keeps shutting off or kicking me off the meeting. 

A: Make sure that you have the latest Zoom version installed. This may also be an issue with your internet connection, in which case you may want to try moving locations to be closer to the router or hardwiring your internet connection to your computer. 

During Events,  Slido (Sly-doh), an easy-to-use Q&A and polling platform used for live or remote meetings and events, will be used to ask questions, take the pre-Event polls and to access other polls and miscellaneous materials.
